Returns / Refunds


We will replace or refund if:

*Item is damaged
*Item is defective, but excludes a problem being caused by your misuse
*Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing
*If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a credit or a refund.
It will be the customer's responsibility to return damaged or defective goods – This will be necessary with damaged or defective goods before any solution can be achieved. We will refund the postage that you pay to send it back to us.

We may not refund if:

*You simply 'change your mind'
*Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be’
If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail stating clearly what the problem is.

We will contact you within 2 working days with a range of options to fix the problem. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems.
