Shipping
All purchases made Tuesday to Friday before 9am will be shipped same day
During public holidays and weekends parcels are sent the next available working / business day.
Order dispatch confirmation and courier post tracking numbers will be provided when your parcel is on the way to you . All parcels can be tracked on the courier post web site.
Courier post parcels are normally delivered over night to an urban address , Rural delivery is normally a 1 to 3 day delivery service , Parcels may take longer on public holidays and weekends, parcels sent Friday are delivered Monday sorry no Saturday delivery.
We can also send parcels to a PO box address.
Our parcels are delivered NON SIGNATURE ,If you have special delivery instructions please let us know via a message when payment is made , We can deliver to a work addresses if leaving your parcel is going to cause concerns
Some parcels where we feel there is a safety concern leaving , This includes Electrical items , We will send SIGNATURE DELIVERY & have the courier " LEAVE A CARD TO CALL IF NOT HOME " for the parcel to be picked up from your nearest post shop / agency , At any stage it is possible to arrange a re delivery at the NZ Post website

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
There is a way that you can have items sent to you at a international address.
If you sign up at Aramex shop and ship service , they provide you a address in Auckland New Zealand that we can send to
The great thing is Aramex have better international shipping rates to more countries than we can provide 34 different countries. Aramex can deliver to China & Australia .. plus many more the list is huge the country’s Aramex deliver to.
Aramex fill in the documentation to send international & Aramex invoice you for the international shipping cost…. Please read the Aramex terms and conditions regarding items that can be sent
It will be between yourself & Aramex to have the items sent between Auckland & Your international address.
Our responsibility ends once the parcel arrives in Auckland ,We do provide parcel tracking from our end for parcels leaving us to Auckland ,Our couriers use scanners that have GPS ,tracking parcels is a standard service from us , Our service sends emails regarding the parcel up dates to Auckland.
