Shipping

All Purchases made Monday to Friday will be shipped with in 1 to 2 working days of your purchase and payment

During public holidays and weekends parcels are sent the next available working / business day.

Order dispatch confirmation and courier post tracking numbers will be provided when your parcel is on the way to you . All parcels can be tracked on the courier post web site.

Courier post parcels are normally delivered over night to an urban address , Rural delivery is normally a 1 to 3 day delivery service , Parcels may take longer on public holidays and weekends, parcels sent Friday are delivered Monday sorry no Saturday delivery.

We can also send parcels to a PO box address.

Our parcels are delivered NON SIGNATURE ,If you have special delivery instructions please let us know via a message when payment is made , We can deliver to a work addresses if leaving your parcel is going to cause concerns .

Some parcels where we feel there is a safety concern leaving , This includes Electrical items , We will have the courier " LEAVE A CARD TO CALL IF NOT HOME " for the parcel to be picked up from your nearest post shop / agency
